About the Role: The Customer Program Manager is responsible for the management of the program and to run the project on a day-to-day basis for connected Mobility Solutions. The role involves discussion with Customers technical team, having knowledge on complete product development which covers all aspects hardware, software, mechanical, product validations, launches/ SOPs. Complete Program accountability for the success of products in terms of timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction What will you do Establish day-to-day operational objectives & organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule Manages change control and escalations Assesses program/initiative issues, and areas of risk, and acts to work with various stakeholders to resolve all problems Identifies risks, and clearly communicates goals and results Conducts team meetings, documents issues, and keeps the extended team informed of the status and health of Product development/delivery Monitors and assures of product/program/project schedule compliance Interact, evaluate and build connections with various vendors, EMS providers, and Testing Agencies. Responsible for the successful execution of milestones on the hardware design flow from conceptualization, implementation, verification, integration, and release Ensure that project schedules, risk analysis, and mitigation plans are aligned with project goals. Create, monitor, and control schedules and milestones to ensure various projects stay on track. Continually evaluate program risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them. Serve as the focal point for program communications across teams. Compile regular program status for all stakeholders and escalate critical issues and risks. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring lessons learned activities for the projects are completed. Liaisen with various departments to optimize resource utilization. Qualifications What the role Needs: Bachelor\'s degree 5+ years of relevant work experience. 2+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience. Experience in relevant Embedded systems. Experience of product development is desired Hands-on working experience on CMMI, ASPICE, ISO26262 Vital planning and organization skills must be able to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, and track the progress of activities, issues, risks, and deliverables to closure. Able to act decisively and make clear, timely decisions in the project\'s best interests. Excellent verbal, written, and distance communication skills, with the ability to manage the detail to the target audience. They are getting Work Done - The ability to be organized, resourceful, and plan. This includes leveraging multiple resources to get things done and layout tasks in sufficient detail. Has the ability to get things done with fewer resources and in less time, work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, and foresee and plan around obstacles. Must have strong Microsoft tools skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MPP) Must have established interpersonal skills, and should be able to effectively communicate at all levels Additional Information Preferred/Good To Have Skill Set: PMP or another accreditation is a plus. Total 8+ yrs of experience Japanese Language Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture Knowledge of tools/scripting languages like, CANoe, CANanlyser, CAPL, PERL Knowledge on Automotive domain - Bus systems like CAN, LIN, Ethernet
