This team member will also coordinate communication with support engineers, sales and project management as it pertains to our customers!
This role works closely with the customers, trainers and support in engineering and product team coordination. Provide an exceptional technical onboarding and ongoing support experience for our customers. Members must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and owning the onboarding process of a rapidly expanding customer base. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as liaison between customer and trainers in resolving issues.
Willingness to learn the product flow and be hands on daily.
Excellent planning and coordination skills in designing the program\xe2\x80\x99s plan.
Proactively governs the project progress and reports with data.
Play the role of an 80% program manager and 20% techno functional consultant.
Managing risks to the program\xe2\x80\x99s successful outcome
Manages communication between internal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of project management, customer support, user training and/or client-facing experience
Excellent speaking, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge with JavaScript (or) Java (or) Python (or) .Net is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
