Minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in Program/Project management, identifying process improvements, and orienting teams to Agile methodologies. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, cross-functional agility, customer success metrics, and metrics management. Preferred qualifications: Experience in Cloud computing, Distributed system architecture, and technical program management. Experience creating automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and teams. Experience managing the team\'s work, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that the team meets deadlines. Responsibilities Develop and execute the product roadmap including setting priorities, milestones, and deliverables. Gather and analyze data to track the product\'s performance and identify areas for improvement. Make recommendations for changes to the product or process. Define, lead, and own program charter(s) that address scope, timeline, objectives and key results, resourcing, and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs. Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones.
