Program ManagerOverview:
The Program Manager oversees and coordinates the successful execution of multiple related projects within a program. Primary duties include aligning the program with organizational objectives, managing resources, mitigating risks, and facilitating stakeholder communication.Role and Responsibilities:- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the operational programs. - Develop and maintain the plan, schedule, and budget.- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams.- Monitor and report on program progress and performance.- Identify and manage program risks and issues. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, practices and compliances.- Manage program resources, including budget, personnel, and vendors.- Implement program governance and quality control processes.Technical Skills:- Analytical skills (proficiency in various analytical methodologies; no specific tool requirement)Qualifications:- B.Tech + MBA (At least one of these degrees must be from a Tier 1 central government-funded college or an equivalent private college)Specific Industry Required: - eCommerceSoft Skills (Preferred):- Excellent follow-up skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills- Excellent conflict resolution skills.Preference: - Candidates with Six Sigma qualifications will be given preference
