Title: Program Manager Location: Bangalore, India Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 12pm to 9pm Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Your Responsibilities
- Act as PMO for high impact projects in global talent
- Identify project risks, make recommendations to mitigate risks and escalate as necessary
- Be a strategic partner and consultant while working with the global talent leaders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including peers, senior leaders across functions and cultures
- Coordinate interdependencies with Shared Services and HR Departments through collaborative partnerships
- Ensure global talent is represented in global HR
- Manage the global talent operations function and team including handling Oracle related activities, data management, reporting and analytics
- Find opportunities to build efficiencies and automate delivery of talent programs
- Participate and sometimes lead on some global impact talent projects - including facilitating training and development programs
- Bachelors Degree at a minimum
- Experience in HR preferred
- Project management qualification would be preferred
- Experience in project management software like Smartsheet preferred
- Experience in successfully working as part of and leading teams
- 3-5 years project management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Experience of Oracle or other similar HRIS system would be an advantage
- Have a high attention to detail
- Ability to lead a small HR service delivery team
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with staff at varying levels including senior leaders
