We\xe2\x80\x99re currently looking for:This position is part of RC India hub team.Responsibilities:Program manager India hub level programs and initiativesWork with multiple stakeholders (TA, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities) to ensure the program is on trackSupport employer branding programs by working with TA team and program manage the branding activities across multiple campuses and also work with PR egency to drive RC India branding initiativesDrive innovation through patent program \xe2\x80\x93 promote, track, rewardCoordinate with engineering leaders for Hackathon/ IdeathonClearly communicates project updates with stakeholders (agendas, meeting notes, dashboard updates, etc)Efficiently diagnose, navigate, and collaboratively resolve project disconnects or issues.
