That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.Title: Program Manager - Supply ChainLocation: Bangalore - Electronic City:SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:The overall scope of this position is to manage and drive Supply Chain Projects and initiatives to support business, assist in realizing the Supply Chain vision and ensure best customer experience, through optimized processes.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Support ISCO- SLS core (SCP&D) in the required processes for US regionESSENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Drives the execution of digital strategy / transformational projects across SLS Supply Chain for Life Science
• Oversee and support ongoing and new SLS Supply chain projects.
• Advance data driven decision making within the Supply Chain function.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• At all times maintain a professional outlook and demonstrate respect, initiative and commitment towards your internal and external suppliers and customers and all Company Management and Staff.
• Liaise closely with all Companys departments in seeking or forwarding information vital to satisfy internal customer needs.
• Liaise with other departments to gain the greatest insights for projects.
• Actively continue to develop personal skills either internally within the company or externally on approved divisional training courses.
• Develop objectives, strategies, and tactics to expand process efficiency.
• Communicate to Management any information that you feel may be relevant to the Companys objectives and strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

• BS degree in a scientific, technical, or management
• APICS Certifications like CSCP, CPIM preferred.
• Black Belt or Green Belt and / or PMP Certification preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in a strategic or supply chain & distribution role
• Experience with frequent visibility and interaction with senior level managers
• Strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical customer expectations of Life Science suppliers a plus

ESSENTIAL & CRITICAL SKILLS:

• Understanding of supply chain planning software applications, ERPs and Analytical Tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various disciplines within the business.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, problem solving, decision-making, influencing, Time management skills.
