• Position Title : Program Intern
• Location : Free Smile Foundation Office / Field
• Duration : 3-6 Months
• Stipend : 1500-3000 Per month
• Recognition : Certification and non-financial recognition upon completion
• Reports to : Program Manager
We are seeking a Program Intern to support our ongoing programs and assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in program management and development in the non-profit sector
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Intern, you will work with the Program team to ensure the successful implementation of the Foundation's projects. Your duties will include:
• Assist in project documentation, including drafting reports and preparing presentations.
• Support the development of project proposals and funding applications.
• Conduct research on topics relevant to the NGO's projects and programs.
• Participate in field visits to collect data and monitor project activities.
• Help organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed.
• Submit regular progress reports to the team lead.
• Engage with beneficiaries to gather feedback and insights on the impact of the programs.
Qualification & Requirements
o Currently pursuing or completed a degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, International Relations, or a related flied.
o Strong interest in Program management and development in the NGO's sector.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with diverse stakeholders.
Terms Of Reference (TOR)
• Objective : To support the Program Manager in the efficient implementation and documentation of Free Smile Foundation's projects.
• Expected Deliverables
• Comprehensive project reports and presentations.
• Regular updates on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Research briefs and proposal drafts.
• Field visit summaries and monitoring reports.
• Contributions to workshops and training sessions.
