About Client:A leading BPO OrganizationJob Overview :Transition Managers would be responsible for participating in the transition processes of various processes and functions. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end process for Transitions, ensuring that key elements during the process are addressed and resolved. This role reports to the leadership within the Transitions team.Job Roles and Responsibilities :- The candidate should be able play the role of a facilitator of the transition processes and should be able to manage the required logistics to ensure a smooth and successful process transition in US Mortgage (Title &Tax) domain- They should be able to operate and handle various frameworks, tools and technologies that are used in the transitions process.- Understand the policies and procedures and to use them as a guideline in daily tasks.- Track all ongoing transitions and expedite requests for scope and determine key stakeholders needed to support sub-processes and requests.- Support teams in gathering relative facts and data.- Undertake key activities and tasks utilizing tools needed to successfully execute the transition and expedite process.- Should be able to document information and create data presentations.- Create, maintain, and act as a custodian for all the artifacts that are a part of each process transition.- Setup and participate in tollgates and checkpoints during the transition process.- Work on enhancing the transition framework and the playbook.Qualification & Experience :
