Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our diverse program portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in translating Equilibrium Endeavour\'s mission into tangible results by overseeing the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and success of all programs and projects. Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to develop a comprehensive program strategy aligned with Equilibrium Endeavour\'s mission and vision.
Identify critical social issues across various NAICS industries and develop innovative program concepts to address them.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and research to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
Program Management:
Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation and evaluation.
Manage a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Develop and maintain clear program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Project Management:
Utilize Azure DevOps to track program progress, manage resources, and ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Develop and document detailed project plans, outlining objectives, methodologies, tasks, and risk mitigation strategies.
Implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and challenges.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Develop and implement robust program evaluation frameworks to assess progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate the effectiveness of programs in achieving desired outcomes.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate program results to stakeholders and funders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in program development and evaluation within the non-profit sector.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with other organizations to leverage resources and expertise.
Represent Equilibrium Endeavour at relevant conferences, workshops, and community events.
Qualifications:
Master\'s degree in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in program development, implementation, and management within the non-profit sector.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
