Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our diverse program portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in translating Equilibrium Endeavour\'s mission into tangible results by overseeing the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and success of all programs and projects. - Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to develop a comprehensive program strategy aligned with Equilibrium Endeavour\'s mission and vision.
- Identify critical social issues across various NAICS industries and develop innovative program concepts to address them.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and research to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation and evaluation.
- Manage a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain clear program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to track program progress, manage resources, and ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Develop and document detailed project plans, outlining objectives, methodologies, tasks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and challenges.
- Develop and implement robust program evaluation frameworks to assess progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate the effectiveness of programs in achieving desired outcomes.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate program results to stakeholders and funders.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in program development and evaluation within the non-profit sector.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with other organizations to leverage resources and expertise.
- Represent Equilibrium Endeavour at relevant conferences, workshops, and community events.
- Master\'s degree in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program development, implementation, and management within the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
