• Manage flex IT E2E Program Management Methodology while assisting program leads in structuring their programs.
• Drive the Benefits Realization Management strategy and methodology
• Assist in the coordination of the CIO Goals Tracking and Reporting
• Perform the duties of Sr. PM for Office of the CIO
• May take on the role of Program Manager for an E2E program

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Requires a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent systems experience. Master\'s degree preferred. +9 years of work experience, primarily as project or program manager for IT projects.
• Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• PMP Certification and Agile Scrum Master certification strongly desired.
• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans.
• Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with team members across different cultures and time-zones
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals
