Job Title: Program Coordinator (NGO)

Location : Hyderabad

Job Type : Full-time, Onsite, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Introduction :

We are seeking a proactive and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This role involves managing Youth Chapter activities, visiting international schools to present our programs, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Travel allowance will be provided for school and project visits, and incentives will be offered for successfully onboarding new chapters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and oversee Youth Chapter activities across multiple locations.
• Visit international schools to present programs, engage with students, and promote initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with school representatives, students, and other stakeholders.
• Organize events, workshops, and meetings for Youth Chapters.
• Ensure smooth execution of activities and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Travel frequently to support program outreach and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly (travel allowance provided).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for working with youth and promoting social impact.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in program coordination, event management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
