- Collect, collate, clean, and analyze program data from various sources
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with state teams and field staff to ensure timely updates and programmatic support.
- Prepare PowerPoint decks, reports, and draft proposals by summarizing key findings, program updates, and progress.
- Assist in writing program reports, donor reports, and other documentation as required by the Program Head.
- Assist in identifying risks, opportunities, and potential areas for program growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Support in organizing workshops, meetings, and capacity-building initiatives for state teams and field staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in program coordination, data management, or field-based roles, preferably in the social development or non-profit sector.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
