The program team at Learning Curve is dedicated to ensuring a process-driven and quality-focused approach to the implementation of Learning Curve's program in partner schools.
This is a critical role that is responsible for end-to-end implementation, including but not limited to coordination with the schools, providing development support to teachers and managing relationships with schools.
The key roles and responsibilities of this position will include:
1. Acting as the single point of contact for teachers and school management in the assigned partner schools
2. Planning and coordinating support visits and other implementation touch points at the assigned partner schools
3. Facilitating program inductions and assessment orientations with the teachers
4. Ensuring that program implementation is being carried out as per the agreed plan
5. Conducting support visits as scheduled and managing the teacher debriefs and support process
6. Supporting teacher engagement
7. Interfacing between other stakeholders such as the facilitator, impact team (for data and reporting)
8. Building and managing relationships with school management
