Name of Organisation: Lighthouse Communities Foundation Name of the Program: The Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN) is a global initiative catalysing systems shifts for youth opportunity in communities around the world through the creation of sustainable training, employment and income-earning pathways. GOYN works with \xe2\x80\x9cOpportunity Youth\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x94 young people aged 15-29 who are out of school, unemployed, or working in informal jobs. The Global Opportunity Youth Network, Pune is aimed at unlocking the economic potential for \xe2\x80\x9copportunity youth\xe2\x80\x9d in Pune. Working on the principle of \xe2\x80\x9cCollective Impact\xe2\x80\x9d, GOYN Pune facilitates a deeper level of ecosystem collaboration and coordinated action to transform livelihood opportunities for Opportunity Youth at the city-level. With LCF as the Anchor Partner, this program is directed towards fulfilling the vision of access to dignified, productive, and sustainable livelihood for every Opportunity Youth in Pune. Reporting to: Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the Lighthouse Connect Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the program, ensuring smooth execution, and contributing to the overall success of the entrepreneurial initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Lighthouse Connect EDP.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, mentors, and participants.
- Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
- Work closely with the outreach team to engage with communities and identify potential participants.
- Facilitate awareness campaigns and promotional events to attract aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Assisting in partnerships with organizations requiring support in entrepreneurial literacy and hub services.
- Foster collaborations to enhance the impact and reach of the program.
- Regularly track and report on program performance against established targets with GOYN teams.
- Executing events related to the EDP, including workshops, seminars, and community engagement programs.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field.
- Proven experience of at least 1 to 2 years in program coordination, community engagement, or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of entrepreneurship development and community outreach.
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ready for travel across the city and outskirts of the City.
