The Green Lion is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of our impactful programs. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with a proven track record in project management, volunteer management, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans and budgets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to achieve program goals.
• Oversee program logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, NGOs, and stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on program activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., project management, international development, non-profit management)
• Minimum of [number] years of experience in program management or a related field
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
