Program Consultant (SAFE)


Location Pune - Maharashtra, India

YOUR TASKS



Responsible for implementing and optimizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in the Electronics business unit and beyond.

Actively participating in shaping the agile transformation of the organization, including developing strategies and methods to increase agility and efficiency.



Ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards and best practices, especially ASPICE and Functional Safety, within the agile development process.



Analyzing and evaluating processes and workflows to identify potential improvements and promote continuous improvement processes.



Building and maintaining close cooperation between various business units to create synergies and promote the exchange of experiences.



Leading SAfe consulting activities globally within a product center and/or region as single point of contact by choosing appropriate means of procedure and prioritization. This can include but is not limited to: creating reports and presentations, conducting status quo analysis, receiving customer feedback, taking over work packages.



Leading decision making and action plan creation processes for product centers/locations and regions for global consulting strategies.



Coaching and training stakeholders and teams in SAFe practices to promote a deep understanding of agile methods and ensure their consistent application.



Providing advanced trainings and support on 1st level and beyond on selected training topics.



Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet the specific needs of different teams and stakeholders.



Actively contributing to customer projects by providing professional coaching and consulting services within an extended area of knowledge to project managers and project teams to overcome peak situations.



Driving creation of new trainings and concepts for global standards community.



Establish talent and develop a team to provide and manage the SAFe consultancy globally.



Analyzing industry trends and driving changes in order to excel competition and define state of the art methods and concepts. Sharing best practices and customer contacts.



Driving the development and rollout of change initiatives and contributing to define new change initiatives.



Functional lead of the employees in the competence responsibility. Guiding, mentoring, and supporting employees in function-related tasks.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Certification as a SAFe Program Consultant or a comparable qualification with proven experience in successfully implementing SAFe in a comparable environment.


Experience and knowledge in Embedded software development processes in the Automotive sector, including the specific requirements and challenges of this industry.


Knowledge in ASPICE and Functional Safety and experience in applying these standards within agile development methods.


Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering.


Work Experience from 11 to 15 years max.
