Job Description

• Program Support:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs and projects.
• Support the development and monitoring of program activities and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on relevant social issues, policies, and best practices.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to inform program development and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Community Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
• Facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Gather feedback from the community to improve program effectiveness.
• Grant Management:
• Assist in identifying and applying for grants and funding opportunities.
• Prepare grant proposals, reports, and documentation required by funders.
• Monitor and report on grant expenditures and outcomes.
• Communication and Outreach:
• Develop and disseminate program-related materials such as newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
• Maintain regular communication with partners, donors, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain program files, databases, and records.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Provide logistical support for program activities and events.
• Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Collect and analyze data to assess program impact and effectiveness.
• Prepare evaluation reports and recommend improvements.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with program managers and other team members to achieve program goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Capacity Building:
• Identify training and capacity-building needs for staff and community members.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor the effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and donors.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise in program implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
