##### About the Position


BharatCares is seeking a motivated and skilled Program Associate to join our dynamic team in Goa. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for training, capacity building, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing support to associate trainers, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation and reporting skills, and be prepared to travel extensively as part of the role.


##### Responsibilities

? Training & Development:



? Conduct training sessions for associate trainers on life skills, health, hygiene, and education systems.



? Equip associate trainers with content and training tools, serving as a Master Trainer.



? Design and deliver effective training materials and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associate trainers.



? Support and lead capacity-building initiatives for trainers and relevant stakeholders to boost their competencies and performance.



? Program Planning & Implementation:



? Collaborate with the top management of educational institutes to strategize and implement skilling platforms and education programs.



? Lead partnerships with schools and academic institutions for the ground-level implementation of skilling and educational programs.



? Design and implement behavior change communication campaigns related to public health and education.



? Facilitate and coordinate sessions, workshops, master classes, and project-based learning camps for school students, young adults, and other stakeholders.



? Monitor and track project details, data, and records of all stakeholders for smooth coordination and implementation.



? Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships:



? Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, and other partners.



? Research, identify, and map potential partnerships aligned with education, skill development, and public health programs.



? Facilitate external communication with client organizations for onboarding new learners and ensuring program engagement and execution.



? Foster participation from local community leaders and institutions to ensure project sustainability.



? Documentation & Reporting:



? Maintain accurate records of training activities, project progress, and stakeholder engagements.



? Prepare and submit detailed reports on training sessions, project milestones, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.



? Create knowledge resources such as reports, capacity-building workshop content, and other relevant materials for program execution.



? Quality Assurance:



? Perform random school visits for quality checks and validation of data, photos, and certificates, ensuring trainers' work is accurate and meets project standards.



? Conduct at least two random validation checks per trainer each month to ensure consistent delivery and outcomes.


##### Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in an NGO or educational setting.
• Strong training, facilitation, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Marathi is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Experience in capacity building, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and project management.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and build effective relationships.


##### Desirable


• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Must have a personal laptop for work purposes.
• Willingness to engage in extensive travel, often accompanied by another trainer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving project goals.
