BNC has been mandated to recruit a Program Associate- Graphic Designer for Delhi Location.Responsibilities:
- Develop visually stunning and innovative design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to: digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, branding elements, and website visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Create graphics that align with the organization's brand identity, maintaining consistency across all materials.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality of our visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
