Foundation, Childrens Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), MSD for Mothers and other anonymous
donors.
Jhpiego is hiring for the position of Program Assistant - Nutrition who will be responsible to provide
support to the nutrition team administratively. The program is aimed to increase the capacity of the
States/UTs to meet the nutrition targets to transform the lives of millions of people by improving the
overall status of nutrition in the countryResponsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the team by organizing schedules, arranging appointments,
managing emails, maintaining files and records, and drafting documents; * Provides logistical support to the team by arranging meetings, conferences, and workshops,managing event logistics, coordinating travel, preparing materials, managing inventory,
coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely product delivery. * Communicates with vendors, partners, donors, and team members to ensure smooth operationof administrative and logistical functions.
Takes notes and minutes during project meetings. * Support in documenting the program activities in the states, as per the project work plan in closecoordination with the nutrition team * Performs additional duties as assigned by the organization.Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in administration or related fields, with minimum of 2 years experience in admin
and /or logistics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications;Should be able to identify and solve problems that may arise during administrative and
logistical processes; * Should have excellent attention to detail to ensure that all administrative and logistical tasksare completed accurately and efficiently; * Should be able to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize tasks based on urgency andimportance; * Proficiency in both written and spoken English.Preferred QualificationsJhpiego is an equal opportunity employer and offers highly dynamic and enabling work environment.
