The designation is Program Architect - Foundation Courses . This role is that of someone who will build great courses related to Behavioural Skills (English LSRW, Critical Thinking, Professional Skills for the Workplace, Learning how to learn, How human languages work etc. - these are just some examples for reference).
The role starts off with a 6-month on-site internship in Coimbatore, followed by full-timer conversion (subject to performance).

• Learn any concept/ topic and turn it around so that learners can learn them in an engaging + relevant way.
Build excellent learning experience journeys for students in various courses.

This specific role is for folks who want to build great behavioural skill related courses for CS learners. After all, building great behavioural skills in students is as important as building in them tech skills - that's how Kalvium sees it. You will be contributing significantly towards this goal.
You will be part of the Program Design team at Kalvium, in a role that's deep into education. If you're someone who loves teaching, thinking about learning and behaviour, and wants to contribute to how learning can be transformed, this is for you!
Here's the detailed list of responsibilities that will cover this role.
Lead the design and development of high-quality, engaging courses for Behavioural Skills and allied fields. This includes courses of the non-technical nature, such as English LSRW, Critical Thinking, Professional Skills for the Workplace, Learning how to learn, How human languages work, Fundamentals of Business Management etc.

The courses are all delivered digitally on our learning platform. You don't need to be an expert in all of these courses - but you should have a decent amount of exposure + willing to learn them deeper when needed.
Work closely with mentors to ensure a coherent and unified approach to delivering the learning experience for these courses.

Provide guidance and mentorship to mentors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver course content effectively.

Contribute to long-term program strategy by identifying new course offerings and future areas of development within the team.

Qualifications we look for

• First and foremost, passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Any Bachelor's or Masters' degree. A big plus if you're a graduate in English Literature or a stream that's related to this role.
• You must be able to think about building professional behaviour tangibly and objectively in learners.
• You must be willing to learn new things.
• You must be able to communicate extremely well (oral + written) - we are looking for whether you can communicate anything in simple and engaging words.
• You must have the ability to learn anything new.
You must have exceptional attention to detail.

Pluses: • You have already taught learners on any of the aforementioned subjects or built content.
• You have a blog that exhibits your writing proficiency.

Location, timings, and pay
------------------------------
Location: In-office in Coimbatore
Timings: 6-days a week, 9 am to 6.30 pm
Pay: • INR 20,000 during the 6-month internship
• The pay will be increased to 7 LPA (6 fixed and 1 variable) after the completion of 6 months or your graduation (whichever is later). The conversion is dependent on performance during the internship. Clear expectations will be set, and structured & timely reviews + feedback will be provided - leading to the final confirmation.
