Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in higher education with a proven track record of research, teaching excellence, and academic leadership.

• Lead and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, setting a standard for high-quality, innovative, and effective teaching methods.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students and junior faculty, fostering their academic and professional growth.
• Drive curriculum development, incorporating cutting-edge agricultural practices and technologies to ensure a dynamic, future-ready curriculum.
• Conduct, publish, and lead high-impact research; secure funding through grants and partnerships to support departmental research goals.
• Represent the school in national and international academic forums, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide strategic academic leadership within the department, supporting faculty development and collaborating with university leaders on long-term program goals.
• Oversee accreditation and assessment processes, ensuring that departmental programs meet and exceed academic standards.
