Qualifications:

P.HD & M.Tech in ECE or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the department in alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other department heads, deans, and senior administrators to advance institutional priorities.
• Deliver lectures and seminars to students.
• Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
• Provide guidance and support to students through office hours and mentoring.
• Participate in institutional committees and initiatives as required.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
• Recruit, retain, and evaluate faculty members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
