What you will need to have: 1.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills 2.Advanced knowledge of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and Windows 10/11 required. 3.Advanced skills in Microsoft IIS and SSL Certificates 4.Strong working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases 5.Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve complex technical issues by researching through internet and other internal knowledge base tools. 6.Knowledge of network troubleshooting using tools like Telnet and Wireshark. 7.Experience with Nexus Enterprise Configuration Utility to configure Cash Dispenser and Recycler Machines 8.Experience of Oracle and SQL Server database experience, including SQL Development
