  • Work with Quality leaders to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction.
  • Analyse quality processes, workflows and data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Analyse data and identify trends to drive decision-making and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and monitor compliance.
  • Collaborate with automation developers to implement and test automated workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction quality.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
  • Work with Quality managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance transaction processes and minimize errors.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement automation solutions for transaction processes.
Qualifications and skills:
  • University Graduates / Post-Graduates or equivalent work experience in analytics. A minimum of eight (8) years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality management within the IT/ BPO / Shared services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional understanding of Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change across an organization.
  • Proven history in conducting audits and inspections and implementing preventive actions.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in deploying ISO 9001 would be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies
