Summary



Work Profile/Requirement:

The incumbent would be responsible for indirect procurement for PAN India.

These include but not limited to Facility Management like (Transport, cafeteria, Housekeeping, stationery), Repair & maintenance like HVAC, electrical work mechanical and technical. Etc

Candidate should have the Analytical skills and good commercial background and also possessing good MS office skills.

Hands on experience in E-Procurement, RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's, strategic sourcing, vendor management.

Discover suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships on PAN India basis.

Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous term and do the due diligence of the supplier before onboarding them.

Developing and maintaining procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Continuous review and update of Procurement Playbook

Implementing best practices to streamline procurement processes, reduce cycle times, and drive efficiency.

Conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.

Good presentation skills, strong verbal & written skills, active listens

Ability to manage and interpret contracts, SLAs and KPIs

Prepare a monthly dashboard for a review with client.

Candidate should have experience for doing vendor performance evaluation and taking actions.

Should have knowledge of contract /agreement drafting.

Examine and test existing contracts by doing/collecting the Vendor assessments.

Collaborate with site spocs to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations.

PO Creation for Repair & Maintenance Operations and other material/services.

Comparison of Vendor Contracts & Commercials for Maintenance Services

Vendor negotiation, finalization, and PO creation for Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Activities.

Ability to prospect new vendors as per requirements.

Knowledge on AMC Contracts, Vendor contracts & Agreements

Knowledge on Administrative Services, Catering Services, Transport Contract Services, Courier Services, Security Contracts, Housekeeping Services etc.

PO Creation for project works with Vendor Finalization & rate negotiations.

Candidate should have experience of handling team of 4-5 people

Knowledge on engineering & technical - added advantage.

The role will involve strategic thinking, innovation & negotiation skills.

Developing and implementing a procurement strategy aligned with the Client and JLL goals and objectives.

Evaluating market trends, supply chain risks, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with JLL Sourcing and Procurement (S&P).

Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supporting the Vendor Management Program in managing vendor performance.
