With your experiences in solutioning and/or bid management, you will instinctively take control of all aspects of the process. Included in this will be proposal development, bid clarifications and presentations.Proposal DevelopmentHow do you develop a proposal? In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of bespoke and innovative strategies and value propositions. Building the proposal will need you to coordinate with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy around content and pricing. Your strong proposal writing skills will be essential when having to build creative and engaging presentations.Having worked within a Corporate Real Estate environment, you will have experience of strategic sales, business development and internal relationship management. You will have worked with and influenced corporate decision makers in the management and deployment of their property portfolio. Your Corporate Real Estate expertise would have been gained from within a facilities, projects or transaction environment.Key Influencer & CollaboratorAs a collaboration champion, you will need to be very well received internally, too. Your influencing skills will have helped you navigate and succeed in similar matrix organisations. You thrive on bringing teams together to build bespoke and customised solutions for our clients.Great CommunicatorCan you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing?
