Driven and ambitious by nature, youhave a mastery of the ins and outs of business from products and systems to processes,tools and best practices. Youll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders,leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.For each project, youll establish an effective organisational structure for reporting,communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and qualitycontrol systems are in place. Youll lead a project team that is highly motivated, eager tocontribute, and in sync with the stakeholders mind-sets. Youll also attend projectmeetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets, so an eye for detail and astructured approach to tasks will serve you well.Making clients our first priorityThe best person for this job is one who always considers whats best for our clients. Assuch, youll maintain a strong and positive relationship with our clients by identifyingtheir needs, requirements and constraints. While you act in the clients best intereststhroughout the project duration, you must make sure that the projects revenue andpayment cycles are properly managed.Keeping an eye on business opportunities is also among the highlights of the job. Do youhave a knack for building rapport with prospects? Your expertise in surveying a clientsneeds and supporting the preparation of PM proposals is key.
