Job Description

• We are looking for a professional Male Therapist to join our salon team, with knowledge and experience in providing high-quality services including manicure, pedicure, massages, and hair wash. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining salon standards. You should be dedicated to ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients, helping them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manicure and Pedicure:
• Perform professional manicures and pedicures, ensuring proper nail care, cuticle work, and polish application.
• Provide foot and hand massages during treatments for client relaxation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all equipment and areas used for services.
• Massage Therapy:
• Offer relaxing and therapeutic massages, including head, neck, and shoulder massages as part of the salon services.
• Maintain knowledge of different massage techniques and their benefits to provide personalized treatments based on client needs.
• Hair Wash and Scalp Treatment:
• Perform hair wash and scalp treatments, ensuring the client's comfort throughout the process.
• Assist clients with post-hair wash grooming such as towel drying and scalp massages.
• Client Consultation:
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any concerns regarding treatments.
• Provide expert advice on aftercare routines and products to maintain results post-service.
• Salon Maintenance:
• Ensure the salon and treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized after each treatment.
• Sterilize tools and equipment according to salon standards to maintain high levels of hygiene and safety.
• Customer Service:
• Provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.
• Engage in friendly, professional conversations, and ensure client satisfaction by understanding their preferences.
• Handle any client inquiries or complaints professionally, seeking to resolve issues swiftly.
• Product Knowledge and Sales:
• Maintain knowledge of salon products and recommend suitable products for clients during or after treatments.
• Promote salon services and products, assisting in meeting sales targets.
• Diploma or certification in beauty therapy or massage therapy (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in head, neck, and shoulder massages.
• Knowledge of salon product lines and aftercare routines.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a salon environment.
• Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, massage techniques, and hair wash practices.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
