:
1) Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes.
2) Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
3) Research anticipates and guard companies against legal risks.
4) Structure draft negotiates administer all contract and deals
5) Excellent negotiation and communication skill (verbal and written)
6) Represent company in legal proceedings
Requirements and skills
1. Work Location: Bangalore (Willing to travel)
2. Experience: minimum 3+ years (Court and Corporate experience) and Computer skills
3. Language: English, Kannada, Hindi
4. Qualification: BBA LLB
