• Compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations
• Ensuring the effective organization and adherence to HACCP principles
• High customer satisfaction survey rating (Response and Reaction)
• Periodic connect sessions with F&B vendor partners
• High level of effective communication
• Budget & Expense balance
• Identify Employee needs and respond proactively to their concerns
• Product Sourcing
• Periodic Repair and Maintenance
• Inventory and Report
• Spoilage and Waste tracking
• Staffing and Training

• Projects, Expansion and Renovation-retrofit
