Job Title: AFM (Electrical Engineering).Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:As a specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will undergo comprehensive training and development programs to learn and contribute to various projects within our Electrical Engineering department. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you will assist in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This role will provide you with exposure to diverse projects and technologies of DC, fostering your growth as an electrical engineering professional.100% uptime availability of Utility equipments.
Responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Supervising overall day to day operations & Maintenance of IDC Building.
Responsible for maintenance and service of Civil (Interior\\Exterior), Electrical system, DGs, Fire Alarm System, HVAC systems, BMS, Access Control, Video Surveillance.
Alarms monitoring & analysis, rectifications. Fault indentifying and co-ordinations with Vendor till alarm closure.
Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Generate change management requests & incident management tickets for Data Center facility.
Work with DC managers (IT / Rack owner) and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.
Establish documentation relevant to business & facility operations.
Responsible for the installation of the racks and the provision of power/cooling.
Manage routine maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
Drive & implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.
Management of the DC, in the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.
Conduct monthly operational meetings with vender management.
Review COLO/DC contract compliance & ensure all SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are achieved as per clients requirement.
Business interface with COLO/DC Management for day to day operational requirements.
Responsible for 100% manpower availability.
Manage COLO/DC to resolve of any infrastructure engineering issues.
Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction to client with no esclations.
Responsible for AMC renewals and Vendor management meet on monthly basis.
Asset Management., Material / Spares Inventory Management. Spare procurement.
Verifying and implementation of various equipment\xe2\x80\x99s SOP, MOP, checklist etc.
Shift planning and deployment of manpower efficiently.
Various DC Infra reports i.e. daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly report.
Responsible for overall Internal and external ISO audits.
DC rack space and capacity management.
Saturatory compliance adherence at site like Fire NOC, Form B, CTO of DG, Waste & Hazards material as per government norms.
BOQ preparations with Vendor co-ordinations.
Follow-ups with Vendor/clients for Invoices.
Safety management by ensuring all safety policy, processes, and procedure adherence at each individual level. Promoting safety culture through by enforcement and appreciating best practices through reward and recognize programs.
Ensuring all statutory compliance in place and consent to operate the facility without any fear of notice threat which could lead to business disruption.
Ensuring vendor compliance.Good understanding of Data centre facilities like UPS, DG Set, HVAC, Chillers,Vesda, Transformers.
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to time management; display an extremely high level of organizational skills and display honesty and integrity.
Must have good operations Management skills like Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling the DC operations.
Responsible for team development with the regular training and awareness program.
Negotiations skills.Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Fundamental knowledge of network design and layout as well as low voltage cabling.
High/Low Voltage Supervisor / electrician\xe2\x80\x99s license.
Team management skill and engagements.
