Key Responsibilities:Integrated Facilities Management\xc2\xb7 Daily/Weekly/ Monthly reports.\xc2\xb7 Daily Walk around and tracking for closure with all functions\xc2\xb7 Trainings & Evaluations to Vendor partners staffs\xc2\xb7 Addressed AMS tickets and resolved within SLA\xc2\xb7 ACT ticket analysis and arrived root cause & corrective action for complaint tickets\xc2\xb7 Execute proper deployment for operations to execute jobs on time for usage\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the BCM, MMR/QBR report to FM/AFM and other reports as required\xc2\xb7 Monitoring utilization of M - Checklist, IMT & AMS tools\xc2\xb7 Handling asset validation, Store Inventory by weekly basis\xc2\xb7 Execute vendor activities like Carpet & Chair Shampooing, Marble polishing and Fa\xc3\xa7ade glass cleaning, Dog Rescue & Snake Catching activity\xc2\xb7 Procurement of consumables, Drinking water\xc2\xb7 Goose birds\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance, follow-up with vendor for regular deworming & vaccinations - PR & PO\xc2\xb7 Execute & Monitoring Garden activities to maintain as greenery & Overseas Garden activities, OWC support & Nursery activities\xc2\xb7 Raise PR, PO for garden manure, plants & fertilizer requirements\xc2\xb7 Execute & Monitor Pest Control activities\xc2\xb7 Execute & Monitoring Painting activities & tracking painting consumables inventories\xc2\xb7 Participate on Internal/ External Audits & Theme Based Audits\xc2\xb7 Participate in Business Connect session, soft service Weekly calls, MMR\xc2\xb7 Connect with Associate to address their issues in their workplace.\xc2\xb7 Tracking daily disposal of Garbage waste.\xc2\xb7 Ensured Readiness of Corporate floor, Town halls, conference rooms\xc2\xb7 Maintain daily logbook for work completion with follow-ups\xc2\xb7 Checking utility areas like Dg Room, HSD Yard, WTP plant, Stp plant, HVAC floors, Staircase maintenance check list and having walk around.\xc2\xb7 Checking Landscaping activities\xc2\xb7 Checking of Fa\xc3\xa7ade glass cleaning, Acp sheet cleaning processLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Bengaluru, KAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all of the requirements.
