Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Professional - Continuous ImprovementIn this role, you will work with the JBS Leaders, Business Excellence & Transformation team and process teams to drive Operational Excellence projects.You will work closely with the operations teams to continuously improve overall process delivery using available support teams and technology.You will be responsible for ensuring all recommended CI initiatives have been implemented within deadlines.You will be responsible to deliver re-designing assignments by implementing appropriate methodologies and principles of process optimization.Additionally, you will use Lean and DMAIC methodologies to understand current processes, identify impacts to current processes of proposed enhancements and work with various stakeholders to propose and develop process and/or technology modifications with effective savings. You will also be responsible for execution of projects and improving process capability.In this role, you will be accountable to present regular updates in the form of toll-gate review using DMAIC and Lean tools and to organize Lean and Six-Sigma based training programs involving multiple stakeholders. One of the key objectives will be to assist the JBS processes in implementing identified process-improvement frameworks and methodologies.In this role, you will also ensure high quality project management with robust governance and regular report out to achieve all defined outcomes within defined timeframe, monitor and report on actual savings achieved from the key projects and validate benefit with visible financial or capacity impact, manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip, interact with the Business teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.Additional responsibilitiesYour overall support to deliver on time and within the budget assigned projects will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operational Excellence teams, Technology team in deploying RPA solutions, Workflow implementations (such as PEGA), as well as business users, SMEs and other stakeholders, will be part of your job. Jointly, youll work with other regional leads on risk management and standardization.Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have:Flawless expertiseWere looking for a Quality Manager with at least 6+ years of experience in the Quality Management, Project and Change Management. Lean, Six Sigma certifications and PMP certifications will add value. You should be able to demonstrate experience of successful delivery of complex multidiscipline projects and have an experience to coordinate large cross-cultural matrix teams. You should have the ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.Systems knowledgeUnderstanding/experience with automation tools (e.g. Robotics Process Automation) & Business Process Management (BPM) to leverage on existing processes.
