• Implementation of Compliances according to The CLRA, and other corporate laws.

Maintenance of Statutory registers and Compliance certificates * Co-ordinate with the respective stakeholder and ensure that proper controls are put in place to mitigate the compliance risk

• Manage and conducts regulatory compliance reviews and continuous monitoring efforts by evaluating line of business internal controls

• Hands-on experience in technology-based compliance management tools
• Manage day to day Pre employment Screening compliances
• Publish periodic report
• Maintain both soft and hard copy of the compliance records, approvals, consents etc
• Maintaining database of vendors/suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 category wise

Client/Stakeholder Management (in support of the Site lead)

• Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
• Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the delivery and Engineering team

Leadership / Staff Management

• Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, service and performance excellence and personal success

Operations Management

• Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that all compliance as[ects are met at all times.
• Provide comprehensive dash board to the Property Service Manager
• Be able to resolve problems or improve operations
• Prepare risk assessments for self-delivery

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIAIdeal Experience

• Prior work experience in Facility Management Industry.
• Graduate in any discipline with Min 3 to 5 years of total work experience
• Practical and working knowledge of corporate laws.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point.

Documentation and administrative skills.Other Personal Characteristics

• Detail focussed and proactive in nature
• Self-motivated
• Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness
• Open to new ideas & willing to challenge status quo
• Works well with diverse teams from various countries/cultures
