: Essential Job Functions Minimum Experience 4+ years \'Insurance domain experience will be an advantage Any experience in Life/400 or Life Asia will be an added advantage\' 5-7 years working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing. Exposure to major applications in any area u2013u00A0 Insurance, Banking, Financial Services. Minimum 2 yearsu2019 experience in managing large testing software as a team leader of a team of 3-5 testers Experience in building complex work program and monitoring the implementation of the tasks Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites B.E (or equivalent), MBA, CA (or equivalent) preferred. \'Experience to insurance with exposure to a policy admin system- like INGENIUM/Life-Asia u2013 will be preferred. Experience in testing Finance systems or large scale testing projects would be preferred. Insurance/Testing Qualification would be preferred\' Leading and managing between 3-5 testers 20% of the time including monitoring the progress of project tasks, issuing regular updates to the project management, including risk management capability and problem solving and responsibility for training new software testers in the team. Hands On work - 80% of the time which includes - Conduct independent system testing for changes to the application, understanding life insurance business process and the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications. Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functionalsu00A0 to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results. Update & maintain documentation of the executed test cases, using IBEXI\'s methodology Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented and fixed and help in UAT support to users Review and provide input on Business Requirement and Functional Specification documents. Experience with remote management. Experience working with test management tools (Quality centerJira)u2013 advantage.
