Job Description
Knowledge of ACCORD Standards. Outstanding knowledge of ACORD Mapping Particularly 1201 XML. Experience with creating ACORD Mapping based on Requirements. Should have outstanding knowledge in life insurance domain. Expert in Term, UL and Annuity Product and create New 1201 Plan Definition XML Experience with Life Insurance Assure Product or Product Accelerator is an added Advantage. Knowledge of wmA/pW is an added advantage. Experience in Gathering requirements, Creating User stories, writing functional specifications, gaps analysis and providing estimates. Experience is creating traceability matrix. Complete understanding of the product life cycle. Good experience in defect life cycle. Experience in Defect Reporting and Defect Triage and causal analysis. Knowledge of Defect Management tool like JIRA. Ensure quality of solutions delivered through Unit, System and UAT testing. Knowledge of Automated Workflow Distributor (AWD) workflow system would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Visual Product Modeling System (VP/MS) will be an added advantage. Knowledge of SQL. Experience in working in Agile teams. Insurance certifications such as ALMI / FLMI from LOMA.
