: Essential Job Functions Communicating with Client contacts, Client vendors, and Client end-users, as necessary Assist client in submission of packaging requests, this will entail in some cases corresponding/communicating with vendors and assisting the client in preparing the packaging operations manual. Delivery quality packages as per the customer standards within the defined SLAs. Adjust, fix, upload packages if necessary or during emergency situations. Engineer packaging specialized solutions when required. Daily reporting on the status of each request Assist team members in daily activities Basic Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, MCA in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization, Any Bacheloru2019s degree. Expert in Application packaging using Windows Installer Technology (MSI) Minimum of 3 - 7 yearsu2019 experience using Flexera Software AdminStudio. Minimum of 3 - 7 yearsu2019 years of scripting experience in VBScript and PowerShell Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft App-V sequencing, publishing, and troubleshooting. Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating System. Certification a plus but not required. Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Intune and Win32 Apps for Microsoft Intune Intermediate knowledge on VMWare AppVolume u2013 Create package u2013Updating, editing AppStack Multistacking, VMWare AppStack Assignments Testing and release management, VMWare AppStack Troubleshooting Intermediate knowledge on Liquidware FlexApp Minimum of 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience with VMWare Workstation, Hyper-V, or Oracle VirtualBox. Troubleshooting and resolving complex and escalated Application issues using tools such as Process Monitor, Process Explorer and Installrite Intermediate knowledge in application compatibility testing and remediation Fluency in spoken and written English. Other Qualifications Good communication skills with ability to represent in global meeting/forums/customers. Excellent problem solving/analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task, change direction, set priorities, and meet deadline Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio or any programming language used for automations. Basic knowledge of change management tools specifically Service Now. Knowledge of distribution tools like SCCM Knowledge of Microsoft Intune app management. Knowledge of MSIX Work Environment Office environment May require on-call, shift, weekend and evening work
