Position Overview:

We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to represent our company in Tirur . The ideal candidate should have a strong communication background and experience in handling external communications and public relations tasks. This role involves building and maintaining a positive image for the company and establishing strong relationships with clients, media, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Relations : Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets and other stakeholders to promote the company's activities.
• Communication : Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications to maintain a positive public image.
• Event Management : Assist in organizing events, conferences, and promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility.
• Public Engagement : Engage with the community and attend public events on behalf of the company.
• Brand Promotion : Help in the promotion of the company's products, services, and overall brand through various public relations strategies.
• Social Media Interaction : Assist in managing social media presence by coordinating posts, responses, and public interactions.
• Crisis Management : Handle public inquiries or complaints professionally and ensure that issues are communicated appropriately.
• Reporting : Keep track of the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide regular updates to management.

Key Requirements:

• Education : Any Degree.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
