Tea Production Employee

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tea Production Employee to join our tea manufacturing team. As a Tea Production Employee, you will be responsible for performing various tasks involved in the production and packaging of tea products. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of tea while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Tea blending : Assist the production team in the process of tea blending & adhere to all sanitization standards.

Production of gift sets: Assembly of gift sets with specific ingredients as mentioned by the Production manager

Packaging and Labeling: Assist in packaging tea products into appropriate containers, ensuring accurate labeling, proper sealing, and compliance with packaging standards and regulations.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain tea processing equipment and work areas, following sanitation guidelines and procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout the production process.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Training will be provided.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality and consistency throughout the production process.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks as required in a tea production environment.

Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Safety Consciousness: Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production targets efficiently.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands and schedules.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?10,098.00 per month
