:Job Summary: Della Resorts is seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator responsible for shooting and editing video content, with a primary focus on Instagram Reels. This role is crucial for enhancing our social media presence by producing engaging, high-quality content that reflects the luxury and experiential nature of our brand.Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Shooting & Editing:
o Shoot high-quality video content on location at Della Resorts, capturing the essence of our luxurious and unique offerings.
o Edit raw footage into polished Instagram Reels, ensuring alignment with the brand\'s aesthetic and messaging.
o Use creative storytelling techniques to showcase various aspects of the resort, including guest experiences, events, amenities, and more.
2. Content Planning & Strategy:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar specifically for Instagram Reels, ensuring a steady flow of fresh, relevant content.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, particularly Instagram Reels, and incorporate these into content strategies.
o Provide input on creative direction, themes, and concepts for upcoming video projects.
3. Brand Consistency:
o Ensure that all video content is consistent with Della Resorts\' brand identity, including tone, style, and visual elements.
o Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all digital platforms.
4. Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
o Optimize video content for Instagram Reels, ensuring proper formatting, length, and engagement-boosting techniques.
o Analyze the performance of video content using Instagram insights and other analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve future content.
o Implement feedback from the marketing team to continually enhance content quality and engagement.
5. Equipment Management:
o Manage video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
o Recommend and stay updated on the latest video production tools and software to enhance content creation.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments, including events, hospitality, and operations, to capture content that highlights various facets of the resort experience.
o Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers for joint content creation projects.Job Expectations:Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video shooting and editing, with a strong portfolio of work focused on Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on Instagram.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for content creation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

• Candidates from Mumbai, Pune, or Lonavala are preferred, as they will be required to complete a one-day assignment before proceeding with the selection process.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury brand content creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
