Job Title: •Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) & Science Graduate Trainees (SGT)•

: Candidate allocated to Quality or Production department at Daikin Factory Sricity, Andhra Pradesh.

Training Period: 2 years: Selected candidates will undergo a two-year training program, and upon successful completion, will be absorbed as Junior Engineers

Compensation Structure:

•1st Year (DET-1): Annual CTC: INR 2.22 Lakhs •

2nd Year (DET-2): Annual CTC: INR 2.67 Lakhs

After 2 Years (Junior Engineer): -Annual CTC: INR 3.26 Lakhs

Working Hours : 3 Rotational Shift (8 Hrs per shift )

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender - Male & Female: Age: 18 to 23 Years
• Diploma: Mechanical/ Production/ RAC/ Automobile/Electrical / Electronics
• Graduate: (B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Computer Science)
• Year of Passout: 2023/2024 with no active backlogs.
• Academic - 50% Marks in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduate Degree
