Location: Khavad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Operations:
• Operate and monitor machinery for manufacturing PUF panels.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and specifications.
• Handle raw materials, mix ratios, and monitor chemical formulations for foam production.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect PUF panels for defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Record and report deviations or issues in the production process.
• Health & Safety:
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines within the factory.
• Use protective equipment and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
• Process Improvement:
• Suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and equipment performance reports.
• Report daily production outputs to supervisors.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in PUF panel manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of production equipment, chemicals, and PUF processes.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle shift-based schedules.
