• Strong exposure to the application production support environment with real time experience.
• Production Support including pro-active communications, responsive follow through, and advocacy for production issues within internal departments.
• Prioritize numerous issues through Incidents and alerts of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution of all issues within accepted service levels.
• Participate in the Incident Management and Problem Management processes. Perform root cause analysis, resolution and reporting.
• Collaborate extensively with peers, Business Analysts, infrastructure teams and other business units to resolve production issues.
• Actively contributing to a growing knowledge network that improves the effectiveness of our team and the information available to our business.
• Handle complex outage/crisis calls and should provide end to end communication to stake holders and higher management.
• Should work in a fast forward paced environment and multi-tasking accordingly.
• Establish cross-training initiatives within the team to provide enhanced support capability.
• Attend the daily scrum calls and report on ongoing and recurring issues. Also continuously improving monitoring of the applications we support.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Candidate should be at least a graduate in any discipline with 24 months of IT experience.
• Should have hands on experience in Webspehere Application server Logs analysis to find the root cause.
• Real time experience in Unix, Core Java, SQL , AWS , Kubernetes, Jenkins. Should be capable to investigate the production issues using APPDYNAMICS and Splunk.
• Self-driven, proactive and the ability to work under pressure to deliver results within timescales with quality.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver service, to agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills to quickly assess situations, their impact, and options for resolution with high level of judgment and decision-making skills.
• Handson experience in AWS, Jenkins suite of applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills to manage stakeholders.
• To work in 24/7 environment and under Rota.
