Description:TmobileRequirements:MO \xe2\x80\x93 Mobile solutions team needs Tech Support Lead who has experience handling small teams of L2/L3 support. Should be proficient and hands-on in Java based technologies and will be required to code from time to time. Additionally, proven experience handling production issues and providing L2/L3 support is needed.~ At least 10-12 years of experience in Java development and Production Support including working on performance, connectivity and security issues.
~ Hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, REST Web Services, Hibernate (or any other ORM), Docker, Kubernetes, SQL databases, Linux, Server Management and Support
~ Should have some experience working on and integrating with cloud technologies
~ Should be able to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve production issues independently.
~ Should be self-driven and able to work independently with a go-getter attitude.
~ Should be able to handle small teams effectively
~ Should have good understanding of Cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure
~ Should have experience working in US client facing roles and possess good communication skills
~ Nice to have knowledge on monitoring and debugging tools like Kibana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.Job Responsibilities:~ Must have: Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/ORM, Relational Databases, REST services, Linux, server management, Shell scripting
