Location - Sarjapur, Bangalore


3-4 days Work from office- Hybrid


Shift Timings: 12:30pm - 9:30pm


Years of experience- 3+yrs


Key Skills: Production Support, Incident Management, Data analysis, Stakeholder management, JIRA, ServiceNow.

o Data Analyst profile with Production Support, Triage, Incident Management, Stakeholder Engagement. Ability of working in Oracle / SQL are must . Database - , Tools such as JIRA / Service Now etc. o Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, ETL activities, unit testing, data analytics experience are must o Data design concepts include data modelling o Strong attention to details and communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences required o Prior experience working with Credit Lending data - major plus o Demonstrated track record of taking ownership, being organized, and leading projects with the ability to set and achieve the highest standards for the team o Proactive self-starter, with the ability to identify problems and follow them through to resolution
