Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Support Executive with expertise in PL/SQL and a solid understanding of banking applications. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues in banking applications.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL queries to enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployment and integration.
• Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of production support experience in the BFSI sector.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
