Production Support Engineer Soa / Bpel / Osb
Job Description
Works with the application Manager on the analysis of failures and support new roll outs on timely basis. Involves in the technical designs (diagrams and flows) for modifications and integrations to multiple applications like Oracle Retail, Auto mic, IBM Sterling OMS, JDA Solutions and Man than BI. Candidate should have the capability of analyzing technical and functional tasks (90% technical 10% functional) Candidate who is having hands own experience in Integration technology such as SOA, BPEL, OSB, MFT and integrating various data sources with oracle suits. It would be additional advantage if person has good understanding of ODI and ServiceNow. Required Candidate profile should be well versed delivering the support model for high priority applications. The candidate should be able to analyze the issues on a day-to-day basis and should come across the RCA and preventive measures for the same. Candidate will be an integral part of IT operations and the support should be available on call during off business hours.
