Having 7+ years of Production Support
Working knowledge of Python and Google Cloud
Good knowledge of LLM Applications and Monitoring & analysing Logs
Experience in Python, Terraform, Docker / Kubernetes GKE, MLOps, pipelines, Git, Jira
REST and endpoint management, Monitoring, including Cloud and Root cause analysis
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
24/5 support required in EST, GMT and IST time zones.
